Too many things can be causing your issue, what
we need to do is work around that. If you please complete the following
steps:
1-'deactivate the CCK module.
2-'clear cache.
3-'reactivate the CCK module again. See if the problem persist.
4-'If it doesn't work then change your "administration theme" to Marvin. (some time
the best theme for show-up is not the best theme for administration ;-(< ).
